Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (for example, an email or a letter). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal (digital content)

For a contract concerning digital content or digital services not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early if

1. we have begun performance of the contract,
2. you have expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period,
3. you have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, and
4. we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract.

Because access to your plan is generally activated immediately after payment, we obtain this express consent and acknowledgement at checkout. If you give that consent and we start providing the service straight away, your right of withdrawal lapses at that point. If you would prefer to keep your full 14-day withdrawal right, do not give that consent — in that case provisioning may be delayed until the period ends.

Effects of withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from this contract and your right of withdrawal has not expired early under the section above, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. For the reimbursement we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Note: this is separate from cancelling

The right of withdrawal above is your statutory cooling-off right at the start of a contract. Independently of it, you can cancel your subscription at any time in one click via the customer portal, as described in our Terms of Service. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
